# Modes Bridal & Eventwear

### Challenge

Initially Modes wanted to create an ecommerce sale website to sell bridal and eventwear garments. 

But it was becoming evident that to compete with new bridal companies Modes needed to do something different. 

Modes was operating two sites - one for bridal and one for eventwear - and both were showing their age and not delivering an equitable experience to other stores. 

Modes needed to up-level and showcase the full splendour of their excellent garments! 

### Solution

We chose WooCommerce because of the level of customisation required and in the context of the ongoing support required for the site. 

Modes also invested in professionally written website copy for the home page and category descriptions which were mapped to the keywords we wanted to rank the page for.

We completed a thorough SEO migration plan that was designed to increase rankings and bring more traffic to the site - and restore Modes to their historic # 1 leader position. 

### Result

A customised ecommerce solution. Their first online sales. 

We achieved a whopping 399% increase on traffic year on year.

237% increase in organic sessions year on year.

80% increase in pages / session year on year.

More customers, more engagement and online sales.
