Katherine Steffensen
Director Marketing & Sales
Katherine brings to Splash extensive digital marketing experience working with small companies and well known large New Zealand companies. She has cultivated a keen interest in Analytics and conversion, and is transforming the way Splash uses data to drive growth and provide transparency.
With a no-fluff approach, Katherine is able to use her knowledge and experience in sizing up a company’s growth capability very quickly, identifying weaknesses, areas of strength and opportunity on the digital front.
Katherine is client-oriented and likes to build relationships by articulating information and leading strategic conversations that make sense.
Katherine's other love is anything health and fitness. Along with travel and spending time with friends and family.
David Steffensen
Director Technology & Development
David has worked in and led high performance development teams from banking and finance through to high volume eCommerce websites. Consistently delivering millions of dollars of value each year to some well known brands including Sovereign, ASB Bank, EziBuy and most recently Mitre 10 utilizing Agile methodologies.
He believes strongly that true business success can only be achieved with a close partnership between business strategy and technology delivery, always using a pragmatic, iterative approach.
Outside of Splash, Dave loves to race with his sailing team. He dabbles in a bit of gaming and is an avid consumer of movies and history.

Having collaborated with prominent brands such as Birkenstock, Asics, Sentinel Homes, Mike Pero Real Estate, Tedd's, and Geneva Finance, Ash has garnered a comprehensive skill set in Google Ad Platforms, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing Ads.
Ash utilises up-to-date Digital marketing practices and a meticulous approach to analytics, audience insights, and best practices to craft campaigns that not only exhibit strong performance metrics but ensure your campaigns meet your business goals.

Jessa A. Molina
Developer
As a web developer, Jessa has a knack for turning ideas into beautifully functional websites. Experienced in Wordpress, Shopify and Hubspot Jessa will develop your site meticulously.
Outside of work, she is fully immersed with taking care of her family as a wife and a mother to an amazing boy.
She also interestingly has an undeniable passion for singing that started when she was 3. This paved a way for her to flawlessly serve the community as a music ministry member of her local church.
