When Resolution Projects approached Splash they had a website which was ranking well for some important keywords and they were getting referral work – but they wanted to take their brand to the next level and develop an online strategy that would better represent their brand, inform clients, get to the heart of customer questions and what they represented. They weren’t doing any other marketing aside from SEO and a small Google Ads campaigns and results were ok – they were getting leads but weren’t hitting it out of the park.

Splash took the time to really understand the Resolution brand: we visited their sites so we could really see what they did and be fully ‘immersed’ in the brand. This was key and resulted in further workshops and conversations.
From there we developed personas and really nailed down who Resolution Projects clients were. We thought about what they cared about, what their problems were, where we could find them and how we would produce content they would respond to. We then developed and actioned a marketing strategy including site updates, SEO, content and facebook plans.
